Microsoft Office Plug-In Error
Hello, I've been using the Microsoft Office plug-in to access my Zoho Sheets and everything has worked beautifully until a few days ago. Now, no matter when I attempt to open a file or what computer I try to open the files on, I get the following error: �Error occurred while Opening the Workbook� This is frustrating because I know how awesome the plug-in is when it does work. I am managing a very important project for my company, and have recently started using Zoho sheets to consolidate all project related information in one place. This worked fairly well until recently, when I tried to access my spreadsheet and was unable to do so. Every time I try to load the spreadsheet, the website continuously loads without actually opening up the document. I created a couple of charts in my spreadsheet as a test. When I export the sheet (any format) I see the two charts, but I cannot find them while editing the spreadsheet. They also do not show up during the preview. Can the exported PDF be done in landscape?Locking all the cells on a row together?
I'm using Sheet for a school directory. I'd like it to be searchable by different categories, such as name and grade level. But clicking the A-Z button only sorts one column -- so when I do this, the info for each student gets all jumbled! Is there an option like the AutoFit one in Excel, that locks all the cells on a row together so that when you click the A-Z sort button, the whole row moves?recording of times--Sheet or Creator?
I am wondering how 'granular' Sheet can be? I would like to be able to record a separate time for multiple activities which are done in quick succession, and each one varies in duration, sometimes considerably. I would like the results to be tabulated across all activities on a daily basis. I would like to know what you would recommend to undertake this--a sheet or a creator document? I have an uploaded spreadsheet where the formula works fine in excel (a simple formula) but in zoho constantly returns 0. The cells do NOT have "commas" in any of the cells like the other bug reported so all the fields should be considered numbers.Slow �copy and paste�

Using Opera 9.10, the left arrow key inserts a "%" in the cell, the right a "'", the up a "&" and the down a "(". Page down drops a " and page up a "!". Shift-tab leaves code for "space". I was wondering if there was anything I could do to correct the time on my spreadsheet. I am currently using the formula "=NOW()" to put in the time to my spreadsheet. It looks good on my computer until I upload it, then the time changes to 3 hours behind. I am assuming this is because they are hosted on your servers and pulling the time from there. Sometimes it is very difficult to grab the frame for the comment edition, since it disappears as soon as the pointer crosses another cell with a comment! Hi, When trying to edit a form view embedded on a external site, just when I press the Update button, the page keeps updating forever with the updating circle moving but nothing happens, no refresh, no nothing. Yesterday I invited a colleague to edit my spreadsheet. Her invitation email said: "The Spreadsheet is available under your "Shared Sheets" list in your Zoho Sheet Account. Hi, I recently started using Zoho and it works pretty well. I have however a very anoying issue. I use a lot of formulas and I have problems in my uploaded sheet with cells that get a value zero while in my offline document these cells have a calculated value. The formula is =(I5*$I$2)+(J5*$J$2)+(K5*$K$2)+(L5*$L$2)+(M5*$M$2)+(N5*$N$2)+(O5*$O$2) the I5 J5 etc... values are 2,11 7,18 23,09 82,06 180,00 2233,80 4027,50 the I2 J2 etc.. values are 2280140 489013 125053 20021 0 1973 784 the result in the100% CPU usage for any click/operation ! ?
Zoho sheet is really good for collaboration work. So, I have shared a single excet document with 3 sheets, each sheet having 200-300 rows with 6-7 coumns and shared to 25+ users. But, at any point of time not more than 2-3 people will view/edit the documents. Here's the problem, the document is always unusable meaning any single click from loading a doc., switching to another sheet, edit, save, share, etc., took 100% CPU and depends upon the operation it stayed for 2-8 mins approx. For eg., ClickingSorts are deadly to data
There is absolutely no warning when you sort a column that it will sort only that column and not the rest of the columns. This action creates an unrecoverable error because the rows of data are mismatched to the sorted column. Is there a way to avoid this. rohoryderMenu item unhiding

I m new to Zoho - a great suite of tools! I have created a worksheet online and edited it offline by opening it into excel. However, I am not able to save the edited file online at Zoho - a message says " .. cannot save file " but at the bottom left corner of the screen another message says " .. successfully created ". I would like to see a place where all the documents I've created are listed. I like functionality of your products. The one thing about Google docs that I miss is that they listed all the documents (text, and spreadsheets) together which could be sorted by tags. With your product I don't know what documents exist until I open up the application. I'm part of a small business and we're trying to use Zoho Sheet to collaborate on spreadsheets that track our client and contractor hours.
