Hi, Since the last update, the new chrome browser extension is not working OK. The One-click login feature is not working, and we always receive an error authenticating. We've tested it with the browser add in of firefox and it's working OK in firefox.Passwords scrambled with ascii

I think super admin must have the ability to access and view all the passwords saved in zoho vault no matter if a password record owner has shared the view right of the password with super admin or not because in our current scenario our one of the employee"Another password with the same name already exists" - but it doesn't.
I have been shown this message when trying to store the second password in Vault. There is only one other password stored and it's not for this second site. When I try to log into this second site, the Zoho "Z" icons appear in the username and passwordTop Level Folder Permissions
We share passwords as a team. When I share a top level folder with someone and give them access to all subfolders, I need that permission to stick, just like with every other folder permission scheme I have ever seen. Instead, every single time a new subfolder is added, the sharer has to remember to go and find the parent folder and select "share all subfolders" again and again. This is a guarantee that team members will not have access to the folders they need access to. Thank YouVault showing offline mode since Chrome update
Hi there, Since I updated Chrome this morning I can no longer use the Vault extension. When I click on it, it shows Offline mode. I type in my passphrase and it shows an error saying I need to login online first. I cannot see an option to do that, plus I use it online several times a day. Chrome browser extension auto logon red Z icon appears on https://signin.aws.amazon.com/ but it doesn't work when I click on Fill action. Nothing happens. I go to Settings > Personalization. I changed the value from the default 15 Minutes to 1 Week, clicked on Save. Page shows a notification "Settings updated successfully". Hi. I'm testing out Zoho Vault for our company's password storage requirements. I've noticed that the Firefox plugin is quite CPU intensive. Having a number of tabs open and having the Vault plugin active uses significant amount of CPU. It seems the more tabs that are open, the more CPU the plugin continuously uses. I've tested this with FF 53 and FF 54 on Linux and also on FF on Mac. See the attached screenshot. The Chrome plugin doesn't seem to have this issue.Firefox Add-On Not Working?
Hi there, I'm trialing Zoho Vault and I'm finding that the Firefox addon is neither filling nor logging into sites that I have saved. Here are some details: I have tested with Chrome and I experience no issues; everything works well I'm using the latest version of the Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit) and the Zoho Vault Addon The Zoho icons show up, and I'm able to see the "Fill" and "Login" buttons, but when I click them nothing happens We primarily use Firefox, so it would be great if this could work! We are moving our password list to Vault, and we have / need some requirements that I can't yet find in Vault. May be I missed something. Let me know: Our password are minimum 8 characters. However, as the screenshot below show, the generated password are quite different from the expectation. In this case 4 characters, but is can be from different length. We don't want to count each time the number of character. How can we get an 8 characters password each time ? Also on the screenshot you can seeReminder to use european centre when already in Europe.
