Workdrive security
Hello zoho, My understanding of the desktop app is that it also puts a copy of it on desktop. This worries me in two situations: Can a employee add this to there home desk top? Is there a setting in which I can I stop this from happening? What if we lose or gets one of our laptop stolen? I understand that I can cut the communication between a computer and zoho but , does it leave a copy on the computer? is there a way to erase these files remotley? Thanks in advance for your answer!

Collection of images without duplication
A really good feature should be the 'collection' of files in one folder. What I mean. Lets say that we have 3 folders with luxury cars. One folder BMW, 2nd Audi, 3rd Ferrari. Each folder consists of images. I would like to create a main folder with the name 'Luxury Cars' which will have the best images from these 3 folders. For now, we need to duplicate these images and upload them to this folder. In other words, it would be good if 1 uploaded image is possible to be shared in two or three folders

Zoho Docs to Zoho WorkDrive
I have heard that zoho docs will be replaced by WorkDrive. Is this true? If so, when will it be happening? If this happens, will the information that we have in zoho docs transfer over to the WorkDrive? Thanks, Laura

I cannot add my team members
Hi, we are Zoho One client and I have already associated all my team (15 people) to WorkDrive from Zoho One admin. When I go to TD, I cannot see my team members. Hello, we have kind of disaster. Desktop client dosn't work properly. WorkDrive looks really good - I particularly like the fact that it is going to replace all the little doc stores littered around the zoho estate. Looking at Drive, it is asking me to pay for it extra to Zoho one? Is this right?
Error WorkDrive desktop permission
The permissions applied on the web WorkDrive are not reflecting on the WorkDrive desktop. It's only working online. See attached image There are 3 test foldersFolders 3 and 5 are Read Permission Only Working The folder6 that is within folders 5 and 3 is accessible for editing and does not allow. Changes made on web client don't reflect on Desktop Client

I have recently learned about the limitation of Zoho Docs with regards to sharing files across domains - for example: sharing from zoho.com to zoho.eu. Mobile Use on iOS Not Currently Possible via App or Web URL
Currently it seems impossible to access WorkDrive via an iOS device. Any web page that is related to WorkDrive redirects to Zoho Docs Mobile site, which does not have any access to WorkDrive documents. There are currently no mobile apps available. Role based access controll
Hello, we would like to share folders with user groups created by us. So we would need only share 40 folders only once with certain groups, and add later 49-300 users to the group without thinking which separate folders should be shared with those users. to share 20 folders with 20 users can be painful. thanks!

moving files in iOS app
I tried creating a folder and moving some files in to it in the iOS app, but I couldn't. I was able to create the new folder, but when I selected multiple files I couldn't find the MOVE option anywhere. same for when I selected just one file on its own. I ended up calling my office and asking them to move the files in to the folder for me. oversight? or did I miss it somewhere?
Retina Graphics on Mac App
first id like to say, we just started using WorkDrive yesterday and im a huge fan already. LOVE IT. the issue im seeing is that the Mac app isnt retina ready, meaning the graphics are all pixelated. its funny because one of your graphics you use in the features page shows a complaint showing that "graphics are pixelated" ... which is exactly the issue im seeing in your app :) please see attached screenshots. the graphics are pixelated and I feel like for a brand NEW app this should never happen.
Please make it easier to Pause syncing
right now it takes 3 clicks to get there. sounds silly, but can you make it just 2 clicks to get it done instead? thats how dropbox does it, 2 clicks to pause instead of 3.
Finder Icons / Checkmarks / Sync Status
the sync status check marks in the finder (Mac) do not update dynamically. if im looking at a folder, it wont update the sync status unless I refresh the folder manually (ie closing hte folder and opening it again). after that, it will show the correct sync status.
