How do I set up Google/Microsoft/Authy authenticator for my Zoho account?

Note: If you are part of an organization, your admin might have enforced MFA-related security policies which restricts you from configuring OTP Authenticator. In such case, contact your administrator for further clarification.
  1. Go to accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Click Multi-Factor Authentication in the left menu
  3. Click Set up Now under OTP Authenticator.

  4. Open the authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code. If there is any issue scanning the QR code, you can enter the setup key manually in your app.

  5. After scanning, click Next.
  6. Enter the OTP shown on your app, then click Verify.
After configuring, make sure to generate backup codes which will help you recover your account in case you lose access to your Authenticator app.
