OneAuth asks verification codes from OneAuth while signing in
This happens when you've have uninstalled the OneAuth app without disabling MFA for your Zoho account previously. Since MFA is still enabled for your account whenever you reinstall the app and try to sign in to your Zoho account, it will ask verification from OneAuth.
There are two possible ways to resolve this issue:
- If you've access to backup codes or if you have set up a passphrase, you can use them to regain access to your OneAuth app.
- If you don't have access to any of those recovery mechanisms mentioned above, you can send an email to support@zohoaccounts.com.
