How do I change my account password while signed in?

If you have already signed in to your Zoho account:
  1. Click Security, then click Password.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password and a new password.
  4. Re-enter your new password, then click Change Password.
If you haven't signed in to your Zoho account, you can reset your password using your recovery email address or mobile number.
If you can't access your recovery email address or mobile number:
  1. Contact support@zohoaccounts.com if you're a personal user or an organization admin.
  2. Contact your admin if you're an organization user.
