What do I do if my Zoho account is accessed by an unknown user?
Choose the solution that applies to your case:
- Sign in to your Zoho account to change your password.
- Go to Zoho Accounts to reset your password using your recovery email address or mobile number.
- If you don't have access to your recovery email address or mobile number, choose the solution that applies to your case from those given below.
- If you're a personal user or an organization admin, submit a request to support@zohoaccounts.com.
- If you are an organization user, contact your admin.
