What do I do if my Zoho account is accessed by an unknown user?

Choose the solution that applies to your case:

Sign in to your Zoho account to change your password.
Go to Zoho Accounts to reset your password using your recovery email address or mobile number.
If you don't have access to your recovery email address or mobile number, choose the solution that applies to your case from those given below.

If you're a personal user or an organization admin, submit a request to support@zohoaccounts.com.
If you are an organization user, contact your admin.
