How to delete an unverified account in Zoho

If you created a Zoho account but did not verify your email, the account remains unverified. You can manually delete it at any time if you no longer need it or created it by mistake.

If you still have access to the verification email you received, click the remove your email address link and follow the instructions to close your account.

To delete your unverified account:
  1. Go to the Delete account page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with the account you want to delete.
  3. Enter the CAPTCHA and click Next.
  4. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click Send OTP.
  5. Enter the OTP sent to your email address.
  6. Click Verify and delete account.
