The admin of the domain {domain_name} has blocked any sign up attempt from this domain. Please use a different email address.

What happened?

You will get this error if you try to sign up for a Zoho app using your work email address (i.e., with a domain name belonging to your organization), but your organization's policy restricts signing up using their domain name.

For example, if your organization owns the domain zylker.com and they have restricted sign-ups using this domain, then you won't be able to sign up for a Zoho app using an email address having the domain zylker.com.

How to resolve this

  1. Use a different email address to sign up that doesn't have your organization's domain name.
  2. If you want to sign up with your work email address, contact your organization admin.
