Manage devices

You can install Zoho OneAuth on multiple devices and set them as primary and secondary devices. Having secondary devices will help you with app recovery if you lose your OneAuth app.
Note: You can set only one device as Primary and your push notifications will be sent to that device by default.

How to add a device and make it secondary

To set a device as secondary, you need to have OneAuth already installed and set up on another device as a primary device. If you're setting up OneAuth for the first time, refer to our setup guide.

Once you have a primary device, now to add a secondary device:
  1. Install OneAuth on your new device.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Manage Accounts.
  3. Tap Sign in to another account, then sign with your account
  4. You will be asked whether to make this device primary or secondary. Just tap Make Secondary.

How to change a device from secondary to primary

  1. Open OneAuth on the device you want to make primary.
  2. Tap Devices in the home page.
  3. Tap the device you want to make primary under Secondary Devices.
  4. Tap Make Primary, then tap OK.
