How to integrate Authorize.net with Zoho Backstage

Authorize.net

Authorize.net is a payment gateway that enables businesses to manage online payments through credit cards and echecks. Integrate it with you Backstage portal to manage transactions from ticket sales that happen through your event's microsite. Zoho Backstage doesn't charge you any commission for ticket sales but you might have to pay Authorize.net a transaction fee. Learn more about Authorize.net's transaction and processing fees.

Backstage only supports card payments through Authorize.net and all major credit cards including Visa, and American Express, Diners Club, and Discover can be used for transactions. However, as Authorize.net is not your merchant account, just an interface over it, make sure that the company you have a merchant account with also supports these credit cards. Authorize.net is available in the following places:
  1. United States of America
  2. Canada
  3. United Kingdom
  4. Europe
  5. Australia
Note:
  1. Before adding a payment gateway for your portal, ensure that you've set a payment mode and selected your payout country. You can do this on either a portal level or an event level.
  2. If you're setting up your payment gateway for the first time, you will be asked to select it when choosing your payment mode. Select Authorize.net from the list of payment gateways in the Add payment gateway panel and enter your credentials to proceed with the integration.
