How to import deals into Bigin?

You can import your deals from a spreadsheet, CSV file, or VCF file. Refer to the checklist here to ensure your import file meets all the required parameters.

A deal is created with a contact or company. So, before you import deals, ensure that the related Contact and Company records are already available in Bigin.

You must associate each deal to the right Contact or Company record during the import process by creating a column in the import file that will contain unique values associated with the Contacts or Companies module. These unique reference fields can be the Company Name, Company ID, Contact Name, Contact ID, or any other unique field.
