Viewing Dashboards in Android
Dashboards in the Bigin mobile app provide a visual summary of key business metrics and activities, allowing users to quickly understand the state of their business without navigating through multiple screens. They include charts, graphs, and figures that give an at-a-glance view of open deals, closed deals, pending activities, and revenue.
With the help of Dashboards, users can get a comprehensive overview of their business metric in real time data in one place, track pending activities to ensure timely follow-ups, view monthly revenue to asses their financial health, and identify areas of improvement.
The dashboard module comprises a list of dashboards like overview, pipeline, tasks, events, call analytics, email analytics, revenue and custom dashboards. Tapping on any dashboard displays all configured components like charts, graphs, and numbers and tapping on the component will show the number of the records added. Two types of dashboard content is supported in Bigin mobile.
- KPI (Key Performance Indicator): Shows important numbers like total deals, revenue, and open contacts.
- Charts: Visual representation of data in bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs.
- Target meter: View critical metrics in a target format.
Dashboards can only be viewed in the mobile app. Users can create, edit and update dashboards only through the web version. Learn more about working with dashboards.
To access the dashboards
- Open the Bigin app.
- Tap the More icon at the bottom navigation bar and select Dashboards.
- You will be redirected to the Dashboards module.
In order to access it seamlessly, users can also bring Dashboards to the bottom navigation bar through the customize option.
Dashboard views
Users can view the dashboards in three views.
- All - Default view showing every dashboard available - both shared and created by the user.
- Shared with me - Shows only dashboards shared by other team members.
- Created by me - Shows only the dashboards created by the user.
Refreshing dashboards
Users can pull down the Dashboard screen to refresh and show the latest data. They can also tap the More icon and tap Refresh to sync the dashboard data immediately.
Sharing dashboards
Users can share the dashboards with other apps like WhatsApp, Email, Google Drive, etc.
To share dashboards
- Open any dashboard and tap Share.
- Choose the app you want to share it to.
Inside the Dashboard screen, you can see a list of dashboards for each module such as Pipelines, Tasks, Events, and more. Tapping on any dashboard displays all configured components like charts, graphs, and numbers.
