Managing the Pipeline Detail Page in iOS

Users can view information about their pipeline like deal owner, deal name, sub pipeline, stage, closing date, description etc, and other records like activities, notes, email interactions, associated contacts, companies, and products and attachments in the pipeline detail page. The page also displays the history of all progress taken for the pipeline in the timeline tab and the record stages in the stage history tab. They can also edit the pipeline details, manage the tags, and delete the contact from the pipeline detail page. 

Viewing pipeline information

Info 

This tab provides the users with the information about the pipeline like the record name, company, associated contact, secondary contact, sub-pipeline, stage, description, closing date. It also gives user information for the organization like the record owner, record created by, modified by, modified time and last activity time.

Users can see the details of the contacts, companies, activities and products associated with the pipeline. They can also go to the respective contact, company, activity and product detail page associated with the pipeline. They can call the contact and add and edit products directly from the contact detail page. 

They can also add appropriate tags for the pipeline. 
Notes
Tags is available only for the paid editions. 

Timeline

Users can see the complete history of all record edits and other interactions like stage changes, field updates, tasks, calls, notes, events, social interactions like emails, and attachments associated with a record. 

Stage history

This tab provides a history of all the stages the record has moved through within a pipeline, the time of the transition and the name of the user who performs the transition. 

Notes

Users can add notes to record important information or specification for the records in the pipeline. Under the notes tab, users can see all the notes added in every module associated with the pipeline or they can choose to see only the notes added for the pipeline. They can also add attachments to these notes, use the scribble pad to take the notes, and delete the note if deemed unnecessary. Users can also @ mention fellow users in their organization to start a discussion or loop them in any existing conversation in the notes tab itself. 

Emails 

Users can see the list of emails sent to the customers associated with the pipeline under this tab. This will help users have all emails associated with a contact's deal at one place. They can filter and view the mails as following:
  1. All emails - shows emails from all categories, i.e., emails sent from Bigin, emails added from widgets, and IMAP emails.
  2. Emails sent from Bigin - shows emails sent from the Bigin app.
  3. Added from widget - after integrating with Bigin eWidget, the emails added to Bigin from the widget will be displayed here. 
  4. Emails linked to the pipeline record - shows the emails sent to the contacts that are connected to the pipeline.
They can also change an existing linked email message to another pipeline record by swiping right and delink the emails by swiping left. 

Connected Records

Users can view the records associated with a pipeline under Connected Records. This provides users a consolidated view of the records like associated contacts, companies, activities, products, notes, emails, files, and other related records related to the pipeline, without having to navigate to each module separately, allowing them to access everything from a single place.

Checklists

Users can create and manage checklists for a pipeline to break down the tasks that need to be completed and track their progress. They can add checklist items, mark items as completed, and edit or delete checklist items as required. Checklists help users keep track of the individual steps involved in progressing a pipeline and ensure that important tasks are not missed.

Files 

Users can add and view attachments that are specific to the pipeline. The attachments can be added in the form of an image, audio recording, links, and files. They can share the said attachment directly through the messenger of their choice, save it or delete it. 

Activities

Users can add and track tasks, events, and calls, with each parameter having its own vital information like priority level, status, and due date. They can also edit, delete and manage tags for the associated activities. 

Editing a record 

Users can edit a record in the pipeline to change, add or delete details about the record by tapping the edit icon on the top navigation bar. 

Deleting a record 

Users can delete records that they no longer need by tapping the more icon in the top navigation bar and selecting delete.
