iPhone - Manage records added via email-in
The Email-In feature lets you create email aliases for the pipelines in your Bigin account, and automatically converts customer emails received by these aliases into new records in the respective pipeline. You can directly respond to these email queries right from the record details page.

Note: If you haven't already configured Email-in for your Bigin account, please follow the steps laid out in this
document to get started.
To manage your email-in records
- Go to the Pipelines module > Switch to the preferred pipeline
- Select the record created via email-in.
- Tap the Conversations tab to view the emails.
Email conversations made in the same email thread can be found under the Conversations tab in a chronological sequence. New emails outside the email thread will be converted as a new record in the pipeline.

- Tap the Reply button to reply to the email.
- Tap the Comment button to add comments tagging users in your org.
These comments are similar to Notes in the record details page and are for internal use.
