Add appointment in mobile

Users can add an appointment quickly from the mobile app, thereby making it simple to manage appointments anytime and anywhere.

3. Steps to add an appointment
Open the Bookings mobile app.
From the calendar view, tap the Add icon
at the bottom.
Select Appointment from the options.

In the next screen, tap the Workspace dropdown, which will list the created workspaces in the Bookings.
Select the required workspace.

Tap the Event type dropdown, which shows the list of event types added under the selected workspace.
Choose an event type.

Select a user for the appointment. If you've chosen resource booking, then select a resource.

After selecting the above, click the Date and Time option, which displays the available slots for the above selection. Click Set.
If it's a resource booking, select the start and end time.

Click the Customer dropdown and select the required customer. Here, you can filter Bookings, CRM, or Bigin customers if you've integrated those in your Bookings.
If the customer doesn't exist, click the Add icon
to add a new customer. Enter the name, email address, and contact number of the customer and click Add.
Enter any notes. By default, an email or SMS notification will be sent to the customer based on your settings. But, if notification is not required for this appointment, you can disable the Send notifications for customer checkbox.
Fill in your payment details, then click Add Appointment. A new appointment will be created.
