Reschedule and cancel an appointment in mobile

1. In a nutshell

You can use your mobile app to easily reschedule or cancel appointments. You can reschedule by changing the user assigned, date, or time. 

2. Availability

Idea
  • Super admins and admins can reschedule or cancel appointments for all event types
  • Workspace admins and managers can reschedule or cancel appointments to the event types of their assigned workspaces
  • Staff can reschedule or cancel appointments only of their assigned event types

3. Steps to reschedule an appointment 

  1. Tap the Calendar icon  and navigate to the respective appointment. 
  2. Swipe the appointment to the left and tap Reschedule.
     
  1. Tap Confirm Reschedule. You appointment will be rescheduled accordingly.

4. Steps to cancel an appointment from mobile

  1. Tap the Calendar icon  and navigate to the respective appointment. 
  2. Swipe the appointment to the left and tap Cancel.
     
  3. Click Cancel Appointment. The appointment will be canceled.
