In-product Notifications

Super admins and admins can view and edit this information. Managers can only view this information. Staff members will not have access to this information.

These notifications are for the business staff who will use Zoho Bookings to manage appointments. 

The notifications can be viewed by your staff by clicking the Notifications  icon in top-right corner in Zoho Bookings.
  


These notifications are for your staff, and are received inside Zoho Bookings. To learn how to configure SMS and email notifications for staff and customers, refer to this page
To select the events in which in-product notifications should be triggered, click the  icon in the top-right corner, then navigate to General > In-product Notifications.



Select the events for which notifications should be triggered. Changes are auto-saved.
