The notifications can be viewed by your staff by clicking the Notifications

icon in top-right corner in Zoho Bookings.

To select the events in which in-product notifications should be triggered, click the

icon in the top-right corner, then navigate to General > In-product Notifications.

Select the events for which notifications should be triggered. Changes are auto-saved.
