Available Times
One-on-one services can be made available based on the availability of the staff assigned to them or custom availability.
Based on staff availability:
By default, the availability of the service is based on the
availability of the staff. So, if an appointment slot falls between the time a staff is available, then it is available for booking. If an appointment slot falls when the staff is/are not available or if the staff is already booking during that time, then it is not available for booking.
Custom Time
You can set one-on-one services to be available for only specific periods.
- Hover over Available Times and click the edit icon.

- Choose Custom Time on the pop-up that appears.

- Choose the times required.

- You can also add Special Availability (additional time) and Unavailability (time off) to override the set availability and accommodate last minute changes. Once set, click Save.

- The availability of the service is set.


Case: When Available Times is set to Custom Time, the staff assigned to the service will automatically be made available for booking appointments. Also, appointment slots might not be available when the staff is/are already booked or have external calendars events blocking their availability.
