Service Availability

You can customize the availability of your one-on-one services for booking appointments for a specific duration and time. You can make them to be available indefinitely or only for a specific duration and also mark times during that period when your service can be booked.

To access Service Availability:
  1. Click Services on the top left corner.
  2. Click the required one-on-one service and select Service Availability.

Available Date Range

Forever:

Once a new one-on-one service is created, it is available for booking appointments forever, by default.
Notes
Note: One-on-one services created previously will be available "Forever".
Custom Date Range:

You can also set one-on-one services to be available for only a certain period.

Let's assume that you'd want a pre-booking consultation of a webinar to be available between 10 May, 2022 and 21 May, 2022. Let's see how that can be set.
  1. Hover over Available Date Range and click the edit icon.



  2. Choose Custom Date Range on the pop-up that appears.



  3. Pick the required dates and click Save.



Available Times

One-on-one services can be made available based on the availability of the staff assigned to them or custom availability.

Based on staff availability:

By default, the availability of the service is based on the availability of the staff. So, if an appointment slot falls between the time a staff is available, then it is available for booking. If an appointment slot falls when the staff is/are not available or if the staff is already booking during that time, then it is not available for booking.



Custom Time

You can set one-on-one services to be available for only specific periods.
  1. Hover over Available Times and click the edit icon.



  2. Choose Custom Time on the pop-up that appears.



  3. Choose the times required.



  4. You can also add Special Availability (additional time) and Unavailability (time off) to override the set availability and accommodate last minute changes. Once set, click Save.



  5. The availability of the service is set.


Idea
Case: When Available Times is set to Custom Time, the staff assigned to the service will automatically be made available for booking appointments. Also, appointment slots might not be available when the staff is/are already booked or have external calendars events blocking their availability.
