Start a Conversation 

Create topics, discuss and make decisions faster with the chat rooms in Zoho BugTracker. Start interacting with your colleagues on different topics. You can create private or public chat based on your business requirement.

1. Click on Discuss in the left navigation panel.
   
2. Select Discuss over Chat in the drop-down.
   
   
3. Click New Conversation in the upper-right corner.
   
4. Select a project.
   
5. Enter a title for the conversation.
   
6. Add participants.
   
7. Click Add.
   
   
   
8. A new chat window is opened and ready for use.
   
9. Participants can always come back to Discuss and click on the chat to communicate.
   

Old Chatrooms

1. Select Old Chatrooms from the drop-down.
   
2. Hover a chat and click join to access it.
   
   

Start a Meeting

1. Click on Discuss in the left navigation panel.
   
2. Select Discuss over Meeting in the drop-down.
   
3. Click Schedule Meeting in the upper-right corner.
   
4. Select a project.
   
5. Enter meeting title.
   
6. Enter the agenda.
   
7. Add participants.
   
8. Set meeting date and time.
   
9. Click Save.
   
10. A meeting invite is sent to participants.
