How to add attendees while creating an event?

When you are creating an event, enter the email addresses of the participants in the Attendees field. When the event is saved, you can choose to send invitation to the attendees. Learn more.

Note : While adding the attendees you can also check the free/busy schedule of the attendee and then proceed to create the event.
