When adding multiple contacts, how can I include the data for the 'Country' field?
When you're manually adding multiple contacts in Zoho Campaigns, at times, you may not be able to include data for certain basic fields. Rest assured, you just need to include them in the creation form, and that should do the trick.
For instance, if you need to specify the Country of the contacts, you can do that by:
From the Navigation Toolbar to the left, click Contacts and select All Contacts.
Click the Add New button at the top-right and select Multiple Contacts.
In the screen that appears, click the Organize Columns button at the far right.
Scroll through the drop-down that appears, tick the Country field, and if needed, change its position to the top by dragging it using the small dotted icon next to it. This is useful if you don't have to scroll horizontally to include this information for your contacts provided this field is frequently used by you.
In this way, you can include the Country field and also other fields for which you need to enter data during contact creation.
Note: Once you've set this column sorting, it will remain until you modify it again; if you rearrange the Country field to be displayed as the third field, it will remain there till you rearrange it again.
