Prerequisites
Before integrating your Zoho Campaigns account with Zoho CRM, please check that you meet the following requirements:
- You should have admin privileges in Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM to integrate them.
- If you need to sync custom modules, you will also need an Enterprise Edition CRM account.
- You have to ensure that no other member of your Zoho CRM organization has integrated their account with Zoho Campaigns.
Integrate your Zoho CRM account
Before importing contacts from Zoho CRM, you need to integrate your Zoho CRM account with your Zoho Campaigns account. To integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with Zoho CRM,
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings and choose Apps under Integrations.

- Mouse over Zoho CRM and click Connect.

To comply with GDPR, we inform the activites that will be performed after integration,
- Click Continue.

Notes:

With the latest OAuth API, you don't have to enter email address and
ZSC key.

If one user from CRM org 'A' has integrated their account with Zoho Campaigns and another user from the same CRM org tries to integrate their account with Zoho Campaigns, then we will show " This organization is already integrated" error message. You cannot integrate multiple users of the same CRM and Campaigns organization.
Use cases
1. When will my CRM syncs be disabled?
Your CRM syncs may be disabled due to one of the following reasons:
- If your Campaigns subscription has expired.
- If you've downgraded your Campaigns subscription plan.
