Integrate with CRM applications
Integrating your CRM account with an email marketing software helps you to establish a strong relation with your contact base and improve contact engagement. You can keep a track of each and every action that you take, eventually creating a complete record of your engagement with your contacts. Zoho Campaigns allows you to integrate with different CRM applications apart from the in-house Zoho CRM integration. This guide will help you understand how you can integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with CRM applications.
Integrate with Bigin
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Mouse over Bigin and click Connect.
- Click Continue after viewing the activities performed with the integration.
- Your account will be automatically integrated.
Integrate with Salesforce
Integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with Salesforce, and set up a sync to schedule periodic syncing of all your contacts and leads between Salesforce and Zoho Campaigns on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This integration lets you plan your email campaign, send it to your leads and contacts, measure the campaign's effectiveness, and analyze the results.
To integrate:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Scroll down to Salesforce and click Connect on hover.
- Click Continue after you're done taking a look at the activities that'll be performed with the integration.
- Enter your Salesforce account credentials and integrate the account.
Integrate with SugarCRM
You can set up a sync to schedule periodic syncing of all your contacts and leads from Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities modules in SugarCRM into Zoho Campaigns on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Using the integration, you can send email campaigns to your leads and contacts in SugarCRM and measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.
Pre-requisite:
Before you integrate your account, make sure that you have added the ZohoCampaigns API platform in your SugarCRM account. Only an administrator of the SugarCRM account can add a API platform. To add it, Go to Admin > Configure API Platform > Add the platform in your SugarCRM account.
To integrate:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Scroll down to SugarCRM and click Connect on hover.
- Click Continue after you're done taking a look at the activities that'll be performed with the integration.
- Enter your SugarCRM account credentials and integrate the account.
Integrate with MS Dynamics
Integrating with Zoho Campaigns helps you import records from the Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities and any custom module in MS Dynamics into Zoho Campaigns. You can set up a sync to schedule periodic syncing of all your contacts and leads between MS Dynamics and Zoho Campaigns on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
To integrate:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Scroll down to MS Dynamics and click Connect on hover.
- Click Continue after you're done taking a look at the activities that'll be performed with the integration.
- Enter your MS Dynamics account credentials and integrate the account.
Note:
- Only an administrator of the organization can integrate a MS Dynamics account.
- Standard Users do not have the privilege to integrate.
Integrate with HubSpot
Integrating HubSpot with Zoho Campaigns helps you to import leads and contacts from the Contacts, Companies, and Deals module into Zoho Campaigns. You can set up a sync to schedule periodic syncing of all your contacts and leads between HubSpot and Zoho Campaigns on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This integration lets you plan your email campaign, send it to your leads and contacts, measure the campaign's effectiveness, and analyze the results.
HubSpot integration and sync is currently available only for the US DC.
To integrate:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Scroll down to HubSpot and click Connect on hover.
- Click Continue after you're done taking a look at the activities that'll be performed with the integration.
- Enter your HubSpot account credentials and integrate the account.
Note:
