How do I enable Zia Writing Assistant
Go to the
Settings
page from the right side menu.
Navigate to the
Writing Assistant
section under Zia
Tap the
toggle button
to enable the Writing Assistance.
Adding API keys from ChatGPT account
You can link ChatGPT with your Zoho Connect network by adding the API keys from your ChatGPT account.
You can only add API keys after enabling the Zia writing assistant.
We’re using the
GPT-4o-mini
version in our Zia Writing Assistant for better performance and accuracy.
How do I add an API key to Zia writing assistant?
Go to the
Zia
section from the settings page.
Under the
Configure
section, click the Add API key button.
From the pop-up, select Create a new API key.
Add the API keys copied from your ChatGPT account.
Click Save.
How do I get the API key from my ChatGPT account?
Go to
https://platform.openai.com/api-keys.
Copy the API keys if you've configured it already.
Also, ensure that you've not restricted
the GPT-4o-mini model
in the project settings.
If you don't have an API key, then you should create one first.
To create an API key in OpenAI,
Go to API keys page from Settings.
Click Create new Secret key.
Enter the project name and select a project.
If you're choosing
Restricted
in Permissions, enable Read permission for
Models
and Write permission for
Model capabilities
.
Once done, click Create secret key.
You cannot use Zia Writing Assistant if you've chosen
Read only
permissions for the key.
Alternatively, you can use existing API keys from other Zoho Services.
Go to the
Zia
section from the settings page.
Under the
Configure
section, click the
Add API key
button.
From the pop-up, select the available Zoho account in which you have already linked ChatGPT.
Click
Continue
.
What will happen after configuring Zia Writing Assistant?
Once you have entered the API keys and completed configuration, the
Zia icon
(
)
will appear in the text editors for all network users.
How do I disable Zia in Zoho Connect?
Go to the
Settings
page from the right side menu.
Navigate to the
Writing Assistance
section under Zia.
Tap the toggle button to disable the Writing Assistance.
