Zia, powered by ChatGPT, is an AI-powered assistant in Zoho Connect that assists you with posts by helping you generate content, suggest titles, eliminate grammatical errors, predict tone, and more.
Who can access this feature?
Everyone in the network will be able to use this integration once the admin enables it.
Where can I use Zia's writing assistant?
You can use Zia while creating posts in Forum, Feeds, Groups, Townhalls, and Manuals.
What actions can I perform using Zia?
You can generate new content, get a title, predict intent, check grammar, and rephrase the content with the help of Zia writing assistance.
How do I access Zia to generate content?
- Click the Zia icon (
) in the bottom-right corner of the empty rich text editor.
- From the drop-down menu, type the prompt message in the text field and click Generate.
- Select Move to editor if you're satisfied with the generated content.You also have the option to regenerate the content.
How do I access Zia to enhance my content?
If you want to improve your content by rectifying grammatical errors or identifying the intent, or need a better title for your post, follow these steps:
- Write your post in the text editor and select the full or a specific part of the content in it.
- Click the Zia icon (
) in the bottom-right corner of the text editor.
- Select any of the actions from the dropdown based on your choice.
- You can replace your content with the generated content or regenerate it until you're satisfied with the output.
Currently, Zia can assist you only for the content written in English.
