This guide is intended for users who configure Files on or after March 12, 2026.Go to Files from the left menu.
If Files isn't enabled in the Company Wall, you'll see Enable Files.
Then, you should click Enable Files and configure with your WorkDrive TeamFolder.
If Files is already enabled,
Files from the Team Folder linked to the Company Wall will appear on the Company Files page.
Groups with Files enabled will be listed under the Group Files sub-section in the left extended menu.
Alternatively, you can access Files in a separate tab within any group where it’s enabled.
To create files/folders,
Click Create or +New in the page.
From the dropdown, create a file/folder in a supported format.
To upload files/folders,
Click Upload or +New in the page.
From the dropdown, upload a file from your device or cloud in a supported format.
To record media or screen,
Click Record or + New on the page.
From the dropdown, select whether you want to record screen, audio, or video.
Find and choose who can create, edit, and upload files.

As an admin, you can change the preferences anytime you want.
From the dropdown, choose the action you want to perform.
Click the Sort option to arrange items by Name, Last Modified, and Time Created.
Click the Filter option to view All files, Folders, My Drafts, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and PDF, Images, Audio, and Videos.
In the page, you can see separate tabs for folder information, settings, members, trash, activity, shared items, and data templates.

To delete a file/folder,
Select the file/folder you want to delete and click the three dots on the top.
From the dropdown, select Move to Trash.

Deleted files and folders will be moved to the Trash section and will be deleted permanently after 90 days of deletion. Also, you can restore it from there if needed.
