How to search across external apps in Zoho Connect

Overview
Enterprise search allows you to search a keyword extensively across enabled third-party applications in Zoho Connect, such as Google Drive and Box.

Who can access enterprise search in Zoho Connect?

Once the network admin enables the external applications, anyone in the organization can search and get results of a keyword in Zoho Connect.
 
  1. Click the gear icon on the search bar and select Manage external apps.



  2. From the pop-up, click Add Account.



  3. You'll be redirected to the login page of the selected third party app.

  4. Log in to your respective third-party account to complete enabling the external app.


Delete an account from the enabled external app

  1. Click the search bar at the top of your Zoho Connect account.



  2. Select the Manage external apps option from the dropdown.
  3. Click the Manage button for the enabled app.



  4. The list of accounts added to the integration will appear on the right. Hover on an account you want to delete and click the Delete icon.

  

How to do enterprise search in Zoho Connect.

  1. Type and search your keyword in the connect search bar.
  2. Go to the External Search tab.



  3. The results for your search inside the external apps you've added will be listed below.


  4. Alternatively, you can select Others from the Advanced Search filters and select the external app you'd like to search in.
