CRM Integration Overview
With the Zoho CRM integration, salespeople can initiate new contract requests directly in the Zoho CRM and track the contract's status from the Zoho Contracts section in the record's related list. They can also download the contract document or send it to the respective customer as an email attachment in Zoho CRM.
