You can control the visibility of a field on your form such that it is visible only to the admin users in that app. In other words, you can hide a field from all other users of your app.
This is achieved using the field property Show field to, which can be set with one of two values:
- Everyone: All users can view the field on the form. This value is set by default.
- Admin Only: Only the app's admin can view the field on the form.
Mandatory and Admin Only fields
You cannot set a field as Mandatory when its Show field to property is set as Admin Only, and vice versa. In other words, you cannot have a field that's mandatory on the form but is hidden from all except the admin users.
