Built-in connectors in Zoho Creator

Zoho Creator offers 1000+ built-in connectors to help you integrate with a wide range of cloud services. We're also continually expanding this list to support more services and evolving business needs. By utilizing these connectors, you can effortlessly integrate to and interact with Zoho and external services. They simplify the process of pushing or pulling data, automating actions, and extending your app's capabilities. Our connector list is curated to cover most services a modern business might need, including tools for CRM, communication, cloud storage, and more. 

Connections enable you to integrate your application with various other cloud services. The connectors allow Zoho Creator applications to communicate with third-party services. Before proceeding, learn more about Connections and Connectors.

Setting up connections

To create a connection, go to Microservices -> Connections, and choose the connector for the service you want to integrate.

Supported connectors

The table under the List of supported connectors section lists all available built-in connectors, along with key details, including:
  1. Categorization: Connectors are grouped into multiple categories (like Artificial Intelligence, Collaboration, and Customer Support) based on their primary functionality. Since they serve multiple purposes, you'll see some connectors listed in more than one categories. For example, Confluence appears under Collaboration, Productivity, and Notes.
  2. Ecosystems: Major ecosystems like ZohoGoogle, and Microsoft are presented as separate categories for convenience. For example, Google Drive is listed under both the Google and Cloud Storage categories.
  3. Supported areas: This indicates where you can use the connector in Zoho Creator. This could be workflows, datasources, or more. Learn more
    Note: With the launch of the new Payment Gateways feature, all payment integrations must now be managed exclusively under the Payment Gateways section in Microservices. Learn more
  4. Connector availability: This may vary by data center (DC). Not all connectors are available in every DC due to compliance or regional differences.
  5. Manual configuration: Instead of relying on platform-based authentication, some services require you to bring your own credentials(like a Client ID and Client Secret) which must be generated from their developer portals.. In these cases, we've provided detailed documentation to guide you through these setups. In the below table, these connectors are hyperlinked to dedicated help pages.
    For example, the WhatsApp connector requires a system user token from the Meta Developer Portal.
