Add new approver

To add a new approver:
  1. Click Add New Approver block. The Add New Approver window will slide in from the right.
  2. Select the approver type. The approver type can be:
    • User - Users that you have shared the application/application users
    • Role - Users in a predefined role within your organization's hierarchy
    • Field - Users listed in the Users field

    Note:

    When you choose the Approver Type as Field, the Select Approver field will display only the Users fields(in your form) configured as Users. Customers cannot be configured as Approvers.

  3. Choose the Approver. The Select Approver field will list the options based on the selection made in the Select Type field.

  4. Set the Approval and Denial Label names and click Save Approver.
