Sales signals are real-time notifications that you receive in your CRM when a customer or a potential customer makes an interaction. These interactions include emails that are opened, social media comments or direct messages, missed calls, and more.

Scenario
Imagine you’re a sales representative who spends most of your day traveling to meet clients. On your way to the next meeting, a notification pops up on your phone that prospect A has just opened the pricing email you sent earlier. A few minutes later, you’re alerted that client B has raised a support ticket, and soon after, you receive a notification that client C has mentioned your company on X (Twitter).

All these updates reach you instantly on your mobile CRM, so you know exactly what’s happening with your clients/prospects without having to juggle between apps.

Any custom signals you’ve configured in your CRM web (for example, website interaction notifications) will also be available on your mobile app. 

To enable signal notifications

  1. Tap the More icon () >  Settings () > Privacy & Security.
  2. Toggle ON Push Notifications.

Alternatively

  1. Tap the More icon () >  Bell icon ()
  2. Toggle ON notifications.

 To view signals on mobile 

  1. Tap the More icon () > Bell icon ()
  2. Tap a lead or contact to see the full history of signals received.
