Signals in Zoho CRM iOS app
Sales signals are real-time notifications that you receive in your CRM when a customer or a potential customer makes an interaction. These interactions include emails that are opened, social media comments or direct messages, missed calls, and more.
Note: Signals can be configured only from the Zoho CRM web.

Any custom signals you’ve configured in your CRM web (for example, website interaction notifications) will also be available on your mobile app.
To enable signal notifications
- Tap the More icon (
) > Settings (
) > Privacy & Security.
- Toggle ON Push Notifications.

) > Bell icon (
)
- Toggle ON notifications.
To view signals on mobile
- Tap the More icon (
) > Bell icon (
)
- Tap a lead or contact to see the full history of signals received.
Info: Once you open a signal, tap the record to view its details.
