Installing Incentives for Zoho CRM
For the first time users
Incentives for Zoho CRM is listed as an application in Zoho CRM’s App Space among other apps for Zoho CRM.
- With your Zoho CRM’s subscription, log in to your Zoho CRM organization.
- Click Zoho CRM in the top-left corner.
- From the list of applications, you can identify Incentives app under the Ready to Install section. Click Incentives.
- In the ensuing introduction popup, click Install Incentives button.
- The installation will be initiated. This will take a few minutes. You can minimize the notifier and we will notify once done.
- Once done, you’d get the confirmation page from within Zoho CRM. You can choose to open the app right away or access it later from the App Space.
- The first step after installing the app is to create the commission plan. Click Open App to start building your plans.
- This will take you to CRM’s Setup configuration page. Where you are landed, under the Commission plans page, click Create Plan. Learn more
- Once you have created and activated your plan, you are all set.
- Now, whenever there is an event that meets the commission trigger criteria, the system will auto-create non-editable commission records.
Note:
- Only admins can view, install, and manage apps from the Ready to Install section of the AppSpace.
- Users can only see the apps that are installed in their organization.
Accessing Incentives for Zoho CRM
Next time as you log in, you will find the Incentives apps as part of other chosen apps above this section.
Note: The data required to process commissions is being sourced from the CRM system and certain features like Reports, Analytics, Agents, Home and the setup from Zoho CRM that you are familiar with are shared with all apps listed in the App Space.
