Modules supported in Android app
In your mobile app, you can access standard modules, custom modules and team modules created in CRM web version.
- Standard modules - These are the default modules provided by Zoho CRM, such as Leads, Contacts, and Deals.
- Custom modules - These are modules you create in the CRM web version to capture information specific to your business needs.
- Team modules - A Team Module is a user-managed module for tracking work that doesn't necessarily fit into the standard CRM modules like Leads, Deals, or Contacts. Learn more

Custom modules and Team modules
You can access any custom modules or team modules created in your CRM web version directly from the Android app.
Web tabs
Web tabs let you view external web pages without leaving Zoho CRM, such as your intranet, company announcements, or a web application your team uses. Web tabs are created in the CRM web app and appear in the More list alongside your modules.
To access a web tab
- Tap the More icon (
).
- Tap the name of the web tab.
- The page opens with the web tab's name as the title.
