Zoho CRM Android app - An Overview
Managing your customers doesn't have to stop when you're away from the desk. The Zoho CRM app helps you take your business processes with you, whether you're at the office, traveling, or working from home. It brings your CRM experience to your Android device, closely matching the functionality of the web version.
The Zoho CRM native app is supported on Android 5.0 and above.
Things you can do with the app
- Access and manage your records: view, edit, filter, and delete records across all CRM modules. Any changes made in the web CRM can be synced instantly with your app.
- Make and log calls: Call your contacts directly from the app and automatically log the call details in the record.
- Keep track of your activities: You can schedule meetings, tasks, and calls, and set reminders for them based on the day you choose.
- Voice to Text and voice notes: You can use your voice to add notes to any CRM record. You can choose to save it as a voice note or convert it to text.
- Work offline: You can continue to work with the application even when your mobile is offline or out of network coverage. You can access the CRM records stored locally in your Android device and also add, modify, and delete records. The application will automatically sync the changes made while offline into your online account when your mobile device reconnects to the network.
- Receive Push Notifications: You can receive push notifications for activity reminders, new mails received , @mentions and event invites.
- Check-in: You can now check-in every time you visit a customer. This gets recorded in the notes section of the related records and can be used in future for your reference.
- Locate leads, contacts, and accounts near you: Using maps provided by Apple or Google, Zoho CRM can locate and show you the leads/contacts/accounts near you. You can set the radius from 10 to 100 miles.
- Update the related lists in each record: With each record, you can associate related records such as events, tasks, calls, attachments, etc.
- Activity centric home screen: The app comes with a home screen that displays all the activities of the day.You can also switch to other dates using the calendar to see what’s planned for those days.
- Zia Voice: Talk or chat with Zia to get answers for all your questions in Zoho CRM.
- Caller identification (Caller ID): The app shows you who’s calling, so you’ll instantly know when a customer is trying to reach you.
- App icon 3D touch: Press and hold the Zoho CRM app icon on your home screen to quickly perform actions without opening the app.
- Widgets: Widgets let you take a quick glance at information and even perform small actions without even having to open the app. You can access widgets from the lock screen and home screen.
