Zoho DataPrep allows you to share your pipelines and workspaces with our support team for troubleshooting. Sharing of data with the support team is strictly regulated by
Zoho's data privacy policy and
GDPR compliance.
Important: Please make sure you have enabled the Privacy setting to allow sharing workspaces or pipelines with the support team.

To share data with the Zoho DataPrep support team
1. To share a workspace with the support team, go to the
Workspaces tab, click the

icon of the required workspace and select the
Share with support option.
2. To share a pipeline with the support team,
click the
in the Pipeline builder page and select the Share with support option.
3. The share with support dialog box will appear with details including how long the support team will have access to your pipeline or workspace.
4. Click the Share button to share the workspace or pipeline with our support team.
5. If a workspace is shared, the support icon will appear next to the workspace name indicating that the workspace is currently being shared with the support team.
6. Similarly, when a pipeline is shared with the support team, the support icon will appear next to the pipeline name indicating that the pipeline is currently being shared with the support team.
7. When you share your pipeline or workspace, you will receive a mail notification including all the details related to the entity shared.
8. You may choose to revoke or extend the access provided to the support team by clicking the support icon.
