How to set the welcome message on the ASAP Help Widget
Specifying the Welcome Message
A personalized welcome message can serve as a friendly greeting for customers when they first access your ASAP help widget. You can include a brief introduction about your service and explain how it can benefit them, giving them a better understanding of the assistance you are offering. This way, your customers can accustom themselves to your services and learn how you can help them better.
Steps to add a greeting message
1. Open the desired ASAP help widget and navigate to the Add a greeting message tab.
2. On the Add a greeting message window, do the following:
3. Select your Default Language from the drop-down list.
4. Type your desired message in the Welcome message field.
5. Provide additional information in the Welcome description field if required.
6. Click Update.
If necessary, you can configure additional languages using the Configure Languages button. You can configure up to 40 languages here.
1 Upon clicking Configure Language, a pop-up window will appear where you can add and configure your desired languages.
2 From here, you can then choose the Languages, enter the Welcome message, provide additional information in the description field, and choose to make the configured language visible by toggling the Status field.
