Purchasing IM Credits - Partner's User Guide

How to purchase IM credits from Zoho Store

In this section, we will discuss how partners can purchase IM Credits. Please find the below steps to purchase IM credits offline, so that both the partners' customers and direct customers can obtain credits easily and continue using the instant messaging platform for their business messaging needs.

How do Partners purchase IM Credits for their Customers?

1. Log in to your partner portal.



2. Click Customers in the left panel.



3. From the Customer listing, select the Company that you wish to purchase credits for. This is the partner's view of the mapped customer's subscription details.



4. Click Manage (drop-down) to make any changes to the subscription details.



The available drop-down options are:
  • Customer Plan - Manage Reseller Customer
  • Large Deal - Estimating a future deal and clicking Submit
  • Customer Details - To edit the customer details, then click Update
  • Change Card - Change the card on the portal
  • Remove Card - Remove the existing card details from the portal
5. Customer plan details are displayed in the Manage Reseller Customer. The partner's can check the current customer's subscription plan details and upgrade to any of the available subscription plans as per the customer's usage.



6. The next set of screenshots will show the partner on how to purchase IM credits for the existing subscription plan.


The license gets updated. Re-check all the entered values and confirm the credits purchase and click on Update License.



Note: Your card will be charged if any of your customers use any of the post-paid or standard add-ons in the current subscription plan.



Please confirm the Add-On's purchased and the plan upgrades and click on Ok to continue.
