Prerequisites

The Sync Tool must have been installed and run at least once.
Roles required to perform this action:
Organization Owner
Organization Admin

Reset tool

Open the Sync Tool.
Go to Settings.
Click Reset Zoho Directory Sync Tool, then Delete.

Note: Only those settings that are configured in the tool will be deleted. Users and groups that have already been synced with Zoho will not be removed.
