Request directory app integration

Although our app directory has over 250 pre-integrated SAML apps, you might find yourself wanting to add an app that hasn't been integrated yet. When that happens, you can request an integration to notify us about your requirement.

Prerequisites

Permissions required to perform this action :

  • Add apps


To request integration:
  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory , then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
  3. Use the search bar to check if the app is already available.
  4. If no results come up, click Request an integration.

  5. Enter the app's name, the URL of its website, and any other additional information that might help us understand your requirement.
  6. Click Request.

Once we receive your request, we will check the feasibility of the integration and try to add the app to our directory. Meanwhile, you can add the app as a SAML custom app and use it.
