Permissions required to perform this action:
  1. Add apps
  2. Assign apps

Add SAML custom app

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, click Add Application.
  3. On the top-right corner, click Create Custom App.

  4. Name the app, and enter the description if needed.
  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select SAML under Sign-In type
  6. Enter all SAML details.
  7. Perform Attribute Mapping if it's necessary for the app you're configuring.

  8. Click Done, then click Create.
  9. Click Assign Users to assign the app to users. Click Open App to start using the app, or click Configure to manage settings.
