Assign app to everyone in the organization

Prerequisites

Permissions required to perform this action : 
  1. Assign apps to users
  2. view groups

Assign app to everyone in the organization

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Go to App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
  3. Click the app you need to assign.
  4. Click Assign Users, then go to the Everyone tab.

  5. Configure the condition to apply to All members, then set the application settings.
  6. Click Assign.
