Before deleting an app
Make sure to consider the following before deleting an app:
Make sure the app doesn't fall under Zoho - Apps that fall under the Zoho bundle (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and the like) can be deactivated but not deleted. Learn how to deactivate a Zoho app. Disable SAML configuration - Deleting an app without disabling its SAML configuration might lock you out of the app. In certain apps, even a super admin may lose access. In this case, you would only be able to regain access by contacting the app's support team.
Cancel subscription - Make sure you cancel the app subscription and wipe your data completely if you no longer need the app.
To delete an app
Go to APPLICATIONS, then click the app you need to delete.
Click
, then click Delete.

Click Yes, Confirm.
After deleting an app
SAML SSO configuration will no longer work.
User provisioning will be cancelled.
However, you can still manage all your data associated with the app in the app's service provider.
