Bulk actions
Bulk actions include Reset Password, Reset MFA, and Disable MFA. These can be performed for multiple users simultaneously. When used along with advanced filtering, they can be applied to a specific set of users.
You can perform bulk actions when more than one user is selected, or by clicking 
.
To perform bulk actions when multiple users are selected:
- Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click the Admin Panel on the left menu.
- Go to User Management, the Users tab will open by default.
- Select the users you want to perform bulk actions on.
- Then select the action you want to perform.
