Create multiple Zoho account connections in Zoho Flow
In some cases, your organization might use multiple Zoho accounts for different departments or regions. Or there could be different accounts for multiple businesses that you own. You might use the same application, such as Zoho Books, in two different Zoho accounts. Suppose you need to build a flow that has a
Zoho Books action connected to account A, and another
Zoho Books action connected to account B.
To connect them requires you to create separate connections for both Zoho accounts. However, when you sign in to account B while creating a new connection, you'll be signed out from all apps logged in to account A, including Zoho Flow in which you are creating the flow in Zoho Flow—preventing you from creating another connection. This is because you can only log in to one account in a browser window at a time.
In this case, you need a workaround to create multiple Zoho account connections. To do so, follow the steps below:
Add a member from account B:
- Log in to Zoho Flow.
- In the Settings section, click Members.

- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the name of the member, their email address (the email address that you use for Zoho account B), and their role. The minimum role (user) will be sufficient.

- Accept the invitation received in the inbox of the email address provided.
- In the new window that appears, sign in to Zoho account B, then access the Zoho Flow organization you're invited to.
Creating a new connection:
- You are now accessing Zoho Flow as a user from account B. In the Settings section, click Connections.
- Click Create Connection, then select the required Zoho app.

- Enter a connection name, then click Authorize.
- Click Access to allow Zoho Flow to access your account in the selected app.
A new connection has now been created in the Zoho Flow organization without having to sign out from the existing login. If you are the admin of the account, you can access this newly created connection. However, to make it available for all members in the organization, you need to share the connection.
