How to let users from my organization edit my form?
By default, the form owner will be able to view the forms created by them. Only the Super Admin of a Zoho Forms account will be able to view the forms created by the users within the organization under the Org Forms section.
If you want the users of your org to edit your form, you could share the form privately with the respective users under the Share tab with the required permission (Modify Form permission). Once shared, the form will be automatically displayed in the Shared Forms section of the respective users/admins'.
If you want the users to edit the form's structure/settings, the form has to be shared to the user with Modify Form permission. A form could be shared with only upto 10 users with Modify Form permission.
