How to let users from my organization edit my form?
By default, the form owner will be able to view the forms created by them. Only the Super Admin of the Zoho Forms account will be able to view the forms created by the users within the organization under Org Forms section.
If you want the users of your org to be able to edit your form's structure/settings, you could share the form privately with the respective users under the Share tab with the required permissions - Modify Form or Modify Form, Entries, Reports. For detailed instructions, refer to this help guide. Once shared, the form will be automatically displayed in the Shared Forms section of the respective users/admins.
A form could be shared with only upto 10 users with Modify Form permission or Modify Form, Entries, Reports permission, or a combination of both.
