Why is the storage space in my Zoho Forms account not freed up even after deleting multiple entries?

The deleted entries must have been trashed and not permanently deleted. To free up the storage space, you will have to permanently delete the entries.
To do so, 
  1. Go to the All Entries section of the form.
  2. Select the Trashed Entries option from the Filter in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the entries that you wish to delete permanently from the list of Trashed Entries and click Delete

Note: The trashed entries would automatically be deleted after 5 days.
