Convert PDFs to Forms

The PDF to Form feature makes it easy to transform PDF documents into online forms. Whether it’s a scanned paper form or a fillable PDF, simply drag and drop or upload your file to generate an interactive form instantly. This saves time by converting existing documents into customizable forms, allowing you to edit fields, adjust themes, and deliver a seamless experience for your respondents.

To convert a PDF document into an online form, 

  1. Click New Form in the top-right corner of your forms listing page.

  1. Select PDF to Form to proceed.

  1. Drag and drop a PDF or upload one.

  2. Click Convert to Form to generate an online form from the document provided.


  1. Validate the form preview, make changes using the Edit Fields option if needed, then click Create Form to finalize the online form.

  1. In the form builder, you can modify, add, or delete fields, and change the theme to suit your requirements.
