How to use the values assigned to choices in Formulas, Email Notifications, Thank You page, and Integrations?
- Build an order form with the required fields. (Check out the tips to build a good order form). Choose a choice-based field, like Dropdown, Radio, or Image Choices to list your products.
- Under the
Properties
of the choice-based field, go to
Advanced
>
Assign Values. Enter the numeric or text values for each choice and save. Note that these assigned values should be equal to the payment amount you want to collect.
- Now, add a Formula field to your form. You can set the formula as
Product selected * Quantity
, where the numeric
value assigned
to the selected
choice is taken for the calculation.
